Corporate Office set to move Wednesday, February 29, 2012
We're Moving!
Same phone numbers-
Great central location!
We've purchased an office condo in the Centre Court building on the second floor. It's a new 3 office suite with reception area. We're busy getting ready to paint and decorate (you all know how much Terry likes to decorate! Gina has helped make some choices as well). IT is busy installing lines for the server and phones, and our contractor (Joe!) is busy making sure our kitchenette area has new counters for our coffee machine, creating valances, putting up shades, adding conveniences. David and James are getting ready to pack up and help move all the cartons. Karen and Keri are waiting to see it all come about.
We are looking forward to serving our clients from this new office location.
June 13, 2011 QBS announces new division to be created in Raleigh, NC. Gina M Santore, CPA, to become Vice President there.
Quicksilver Business Solutions announced today that a division of the company will come to the Raleigh, North Carolina area as of August 1, 2011. Over the next two months the company and newly appointed VP of the Raleigh division, Gina M Santore, will establish the infrastructure along with the same Systems and Procedures used in the Wilmington office.
As a CPA, Gina will bring her expertise to small and mid-size companies in the area, offering Virtual CFO Services, along with a full complement of business solutions the company has become well known for in the Wilmington area. Because the company works virtually thoughout the USA, it's clients come from varied states, sizes, industries and needs.
Gina's background in the health field makes her a particularly good fit for large physician practices that would like the convenience of a Virtual CFO to oversee their operation, without having a full time staff person onsite.
"The company is growing, and it was a natural step for us to move into the Raleigh area for our next permanent office, since we already have several clients there," said Terry Santore, CEO.
January 1, 2011 David Streb become Manager of Accounting Services
Quicksilver Business Solutions is proud to announce as of January 1, 2011, Mr. David Streb has accepted a full time position as Manager of Accounting Services.
David oversees several large clients, and works with others as a team member on a monthly basis for various small businesses that retain Quicksilver Business Solutions. His background in the Building Area and Job Costing has helped him create a speciality in this field, along with several franchises. He enjoys the diversity of clients at Quicksilver. The business owners that work with David are very pleased at his professionalism and demeanor.
As Manager, David will also supervise our Business Administrator in daily transactional data entry, as well as be a source of knowledge towards their growth with Quicksilver Business Solutions.
I am very pleased to have David as part of the Quicksilver Business Solutions staff.
Terry Santore, CEO
January 1, 2011 Quicksilver Business Solutions has re-focused its core energy. New branding announced as well.
As of January 1, 2011, Quicksilver Business Solutions has gone through a few major changes. As many know, my partner Vicki Dull went to the Harrelson Center to become their Executive Director. This was something she really felt blessed to do, and we were very supportive of her choice, but none the less she will be missed. Since 12/31/2010, I again have full ownership of Quicksilver Business Solutions LLC.
When I started the company in January of 2007, our 'roots' had been in the Financial area. We have since re-oriented ourselves back to our core business of Bookkeeping, Accounting and QuickBooks® Training. Several areas of Integrated Solutions will still be available, such as BillQuick. We will be a resource guide for other areas such as Intuit Point of Sale.
David took a full time position as our Manager of Accounting Services, and we also hired a new Business Administrator, Michelle Dietz, as well. Along with myself, Karen and Keri, we maintain many clients both in Wilmington and virtually throughout the US.
I felt we were starting a new chapter in the history of Quicksilver Business Solutions, and what better way to hearld in new changes than to create a new logo! It has been on my mind for awhile, but I was really looking for something special.
We are all very pleased with the results, as seen to the right, and also above as the "Q" in our website banner. There is even more detail on our business cards, which will be printed with silver gradient ink and has an accounting background image not shown here. This design was created for us by Jayce Schmidt of Taste Graphic Design. I highly recommend her work.
We look forward to continue working with our clients as team partners. Our commitment to them is even stronger today as we move forward with this re-oriented structure.
